Workout of the Day,

5 rounds for time

  • 200m Run
  • 25 box jumps (24,20)
  • 15 hand release push-ups

Intention:

-Advanced and Intermediate athletes should aim to complete the WOD in under 20:00 minutes

-Beginner athletes should scale/modify the movements/reps to complete the work within the time cap. This can include lowering the number of box jumps to 20 per round and the push-ups to 10. Another option is to keep the reps as prescribed but do 3 rounds for time with more intensity.
