Wednesday:

-5:30am-Carina

-12:00pm-Dan

-NO evening classes

***Dan will be at the gym from 8:45 until the noon class starts if anyone wants to come in and work on stuff

Thursday: closed

Friday: open gym, 8am-11am (locking Gym at 11am sharp)

Saturday-10am class

WOD

10 rounds: 2:00 on/1:00 off

For total Reps, pick up each round where you left off. Each 2:00 window is an amrap, go as hard as you can

  • 7 squats
  • 6 alternating dumbbell Snatch
  • 5 burpees
