Workout of the Day

-review kb snatch

I) Snatch Complex (12-15 min)

  • 1 power snatch +
  • 1 hang full snatch +
  • 1 overhead squat

*** If the full snatch is not feasible then stick with power snatches and get as low as you can on the ohs.

II) For Reps: in front of a 12:00 min clock complete 4 rounds

  • 1 min kb snatches***may go from hang and switch arms as needed  (53,35)/sub db snatch if needed
  • 1 min sit-ups
  • 1 min lunges (walking, back step, or fwd step in place…athlete’s choice
