Workout of the Day:

I) Deadlift: in a 10 min window work up to a heavy triple deadlift set (3 touch and go Reps)

II) 10 rounds for time (time cap is 25 min, there may be some who can’t finish. Just do your best and remind yourself that it’s all part of the process. Report rounds and reps completed if you’re not able yet to finish under 26.

  • 7 box jumps (24,20)
  • 5 deadlifts at 80% of your heaviest part 1 load
