I) Deadlift “deload” week: just accessory lifts, stay below 65%
  • 4×3 banded deadlifts
  • 4×4 weighted good mornings
  • 4×5 sumo deadlifts (do not touch and go)

II) 20 power cleans for Time (cap=4:00) (rx=Bodyweight)/choose a load you can finish at under the 4 min cap.
