Workout of the Day,
7 Rounds for Time:
- 10 handstand push-ups
- 2 rope climbs (15’) or 10 pull-ups ***choose 1 for the whole WOD
Advanced: go rxd and do rope climbs if possible. Time intention is under 14 minutes
Internediate: Scale the volume of hspu and/or pull-ups if necessary and substitute something for hspu if needed (barbell/dumbbell push-Press, pike push-ups, hand release push-ups etc).
Beginner: Scale both movements to jumping pull-ups or ring rows and hand release push-ups.
