I) Snatch

1) snatch balance with no dip

  • 5×3

2) squat snatch: work on technique, do not work up to a max

  • 5×1

II) Clean & Jerk: go heavy, but not maximal loading. The cleans do not have to be touch and go

  • 5×2+1 (complete a squat clean, another squat clean, and either a push-jerk or split jerk).
