***note, db snatches do not need to be split evenly, get the work done…all reps COULD be done on one arm, not recommended but possible.

  • 10 hang db Snatch (50,35)
  • 15 box jump overs (24,20)
  • 20 hang db snatch
  • 15 box jump overs
  • 30 hang db snatch
  • ***add 10 db snatches each rd and follow with 15 bj overs
