***Memorial Day “Murph” is approaching, the weekend/holiday schedule will be posted next week. In anticipation of “Murph” we will take the opportunity to test another CrossFit Benchmark WOD: “Cindy.” The way “Murph” is written, partitioning the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats is typically the most efficient way to accomplish the middle portion of “Murph.” Many athletes attack that portion by completing 20 “Cindy” rounds. Use today’s WOD to get a “Cindy” baseline and anticipate how you will attack “Murph.”
