Workout of the Day,

Two six minute amraps with a 3 minute rest in between.

****The goal is to push yourself on the first 6 min amrap and then try to score as close as possible to that on the 2nd one. Knowing that it is relatively short time stimulus and that you’ll get a 3 minute recovery before repeating it, you should be able to attack the first 6 minutes with confidence.

***the single arm db power clean: one head of the dumbbell touches the floor, either between the athlete’s feet or on the outside of it, and is taken to the shoulder so that one side of the db is in contact with the shoulder and the hips and knees are extended.
