  • 1 front squat +
  • 1 jerk +
  • 1 back squat +
  • 1 behind the neck jerk

***any pause or regrip on the floor ends the set

***don’t brush off the opportunity and time given to attempt 5 sets. Use the early sets to warmup, improve weightlifting technique, and to help you determine what heavier loads to attempt.
