I) KB Mobility/Flexibility: Coach Led, coaches will choose Kettlebell exercises/movements/mobilizations including but not limited to:

  • “around the world”
  • “windmills”
  • “figure 8’s”
  • “half get-ups”

II) For Total Time (including rest) ***kb snatches may be done from “the hang”
