18 minute AMRAP

  • 45 sit-ups
  • 14 single arm alternating shoulder to overhead (use the heaviest dumbbell or Kettlebell load you can safely use to complete the WOD, alternating s2oh is a challenge…so to be clear for this who will ask “can we do 7 on one arm and then 7 on the other”, the answer is…no, that is not the intention of the movement. 7 and 7 would be a scaling option.

Record the load, implement, and total rounds and reps.
