Workout of the Day,
6 Rounds for Time:
- 10 one arm hang squat cleans (50,35….5 on the right and 5 on the left)
- 10 toes to bar
- 10 plate overhead walking lunges (45,35 # plate)
Intention: FAST, go for unbroken sets and manage rest during transitions. There will be generous time caps in classes for those working on implementing toes to bar into workouts or practicing cycling them together.
