II) 10 min to work up to a heavy set of the following complex (from ground or rack if needed)

  • 1 strict press + 2 push-press + 3 push-jerks + 1 split jerk

III) For Time

  • hang power clean (135,95)
  • SCT-HSPU, Rx-(shoulder to overhead at 135,95), newer athletes can use dumbells for shoulder to overhead if they can hang power clean more
