Four 5 min amraps w/2:00 min rest between, pick up where you left off each amrap. Score equals total rounds and reps

  • 7 burpee box jumps (24,20)
  • 12 kb swings (53,35)
  • 35 double unders/athletes choice of penguin jumps or 70 singles
