3 position power clean (high hang + top of the knee + ground)
- high hang + top of the knee + ground (ascend in load over the 10 minutes, use as an opportunity to work on the improving your mechanics)
II) 3 rounds for time
- 15 hang power cleans (115,80)
- 15 bar facing burpees
Intention=under 10 minutes.
