Workout of the Day, 

15 Minute AMRAP

  • 30 air squats
  • 18 gorilla jumps
  • 15 toes to bar
  • 12 burpees

Intention: The gymnastics movements in this WOD, with the exception of the ttb, are relatively basic, fast, and compound movements. Intensity should be pretty high throughout the 15 minutes, yielding high scores. Make sure to scale and push yourself hard enough to complete 4+ rounds.
