I) 10 min emom: complete all three Reps each min, does not have to be unbroken, may ascend in load over time. The high and low refers to receiving positions.

II) CF Open WOD “14.1”

10 min amrap

  • 30 double unders
  • 15 Power Snatch (75,55)***ground to Overhead is allowed
