Workout of The Day,
I) Overhead Stability work (Coach Rx’d), may include things like Turkish Get-ups, Overhead Holds etc.
II) 14 min AMRAP
- 40 Sit-ups
- 10 right arm db overhead walking lunges (50,35)
- 10 left arm db overhead walking lunges (50,35)
Intentions: all levels should be able to achieve 3+ rounds. Scale the load of the dumbbell as needed to achieve mostly unbroken lunges sets/arm.
