Workout of the Day,

FOR TIME: this workout can be done very quickly (under 7 minutes) but it can also be an opportunity to work on whichever hanging gymnastics pulling movement you are stuck on. Coaches will allot at least 16 minutes for the WOD after warmup and skill practice.

  • 5 bar muscle ups/10 c2b pull-ups/15 pull-ups/15 jumping pull-ups or ring rows
