-athletes work for 1 min at each station for total reps, there is no built in transition time or rest within a round. There is a 1 minute rest between rounds. Athletes must go in order but can choose which station to start at. Coaches may implement 2 heats so athletes have someone to count/track their reps.

  • 1 min wallballs (20,14 to 10′,9′)
  • 1 min sdlhp (75,55)
  • 1 min box jumps (20,18)
  • 1 min push press (75,55)
  • 1 min calorie row
