  • 20 alternating pistols
  • 20 alternating db snatch (50,35)
  • 40 medball squat cleans
  • 20 alternating db snatch
  • 20 pistols

III) 3 rounds

  • 25 sit-ups
  • 10 Hand Release push-ups
