  • Air Squats
  • KB Swings (53,35)
  • Burpees

II) 30-20-10

  • 1 arm Dumbbell thrusters (50,35) ***30,20,10 broken up however you like. All 30 could be done on 1 arm for exaample
  • Toes to Bar/scale with kippping knees to chest/or sit-ups if necessary

REST 3:00 minutes

III) Chipper

  • 80 double unders/80 penguin jumps
  • 40 box jumps (24,20)
  • 40 double unders/40 penguin jumps
  • 20 box jump overs (24,20)
