I) 10 minutes to find a heavy rep of the following complex:

  • 1 deadlift + 1 hang squat clean + 1 front squat + 1 shoulder to overhead

II) “The Incredibke Hulk” aka…Barbell cardio 🙂

  • 5 deadlifts
  • 5 hang power cleans
  • 5 front squats
  • 5 push-press
